Jason's Coffee Shop sits on a quiet stretch of A St NW in downtown Auburn — a neighborhood corner where the baristas know your name and the grinder runs fresh all morning.
We source single-origin beans from small roasters and pull every espresso to order. Our pastries are baked on-site before the doors open, using recipes that have been refined over years, not months.
